Yesterday when I woke Brook up to get her ready for school. She looked up at me with her sleepy eyes and said, “Mommy, last night I grew.” She said it so matter of fact that I was quite confused. I ended up asking her to repeat what she said and she said, “I grew…last night. Today I am taller.”

I love the way she said it…She was so very sure she grew…it was adorable. This morning she told me she did not grow.
I think this is what you call children’s intuition.
Also, I have to point out the super cute dress I bought for Brook yesterday at Baby Bloomers in North Phoenix. It was originally from Needless Markup and I think I got a great price for it. She is really into “twirl” dresses and this one has a great low twirl. Also, it’s wool with a satin lining so it will be great for when it finally decides to cool down.
